What is this mobility stuff??? Mobility not only focuses on lengthening short or tight muscles, otherwise known as stretching. It also focuses heavily on soft tissue issues, joint capsule constraints, range of motion limitations, and more. It includes a variety of mobilization tools such as single lacrosse balls, double lacrosse balls, foam rollers, rumbler rollers, and super bands.
